Arash Akbarinia

Arash holds a Master of Science in Computer Vision and Robotics. He subsequently completed his PhD at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where he worked on biologically inspired computer vision algorithms. His research interests lie at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Neuroscience, with a particular focus on comparing artificial and biological neural networks for visual information processing. More recently, his work has expanded to neuroimaging decoding, aiming to uncover multimodal representations in the human brain.
